oh! oh! speaking of not reading charts in advance...

I can't believe i forgot this part:

the same nurse who was going to take my blood for antibodies and give me a rhogam shot asked me, while we were walking from the waiting lobby to the back of the clinic, whether I was doing my glucose test that day.

I keep asking myself, she had to just be filling in, right? I'm trying SO HARD to find a reason why she would have been so much on auto-pilot and not bothering to look at someone's chart.
